By accessing or using Chip Challenger you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Chip Challenger is a browser-based poker tournament manager offering a blinds timer, player tracking, table management, payout calculations, and optional Pro features for leagues, custom blind structures, and cloud sync.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the plan you select (monthly, yearly, or 48-hour pass). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Core tournament features are free forever. Pro unlocks unlimited players, multi-table support, custom blind structures, saved layouts, series/league management, and cloud sync.
Do not misuse the service: no scraping, no attempts to bypass security or billing, no illegal activity, no interference with other users. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Chip Challenger, its branding, and its software are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of the tournament and player data you create.
Handling of user data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service you agree to that policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chip Challenger is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. On termination your Pro subscription ends at the current billing period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated on the live page.
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
